1. If your order hasn't shipped within 3 days, it's likely because the item is temporarily out of stock. We'll be sending it as soon as it's back in stock. As items are constantly being restocked, this should be no later than the end of June.
2. If your order has already shipped, you can check the delivery times here. Furthermore, factors like adverse weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volumes can cause shipping times take longer than the estimated delivery time. If more than one week after the estimated delivery time hasn't passed yet, please be patient.
3. If your order hasn't arrived more than one week after the estimated delivery time, let us know and we'll find a solution for you.
