It does affect the clearness of the screen, obviously, so if you want to watch shows on your ipad all the time, then maybe these aren’t for you. I use mine for writing/notes/drawing primarily, so I like this paper-feel screen protector. It has been several months and it has held up well and I haven’t had to change it out yet. I probably write on it daily, but not for hours and hours and hours, so mild-normal use.
