So my son is to blame really. He likes taking the cover on and off. It snapped inside. But the coating was intact and the cover still looked and felt fine. One little bump on the edge. Customer service was amazing and they sent a new one right away and he's been more gentle this time. Super soft to the touch yet still a little grippy. Looks smooth. And no discoloration after 4-6 weeks now of heavy use.

I found an issue with my case about 10 months after use and reached out to customer service and their response was excellent. They are sending me a new case as per their warranty and I am very happy with their customer service.

We purchased cover for both myself and my husband new phones. Mine (the light blue one) has held up just fine. This one of my husband’s though has started to peel apart in small pieces and we owned them less than a year. I expect a product like this to last more than 6 months which, this one did not. My husband can’t have his phone at work so he doesn’t use his phone excessively either. Hit and miss I guess on if it’ll last.

The case started to peel on the corners. I think it might be from taking it in and out of my pockets. I also didn’t like how everything stuck to the case. Especially when I put it in my jeans pockets. It would be covered in lint.
