4/5 Stars.For some reason, when I applied the very first screen protector to my phone, I left my phone on a table and then came back to it a couple hours later, of course the phone had been picked up a couple times in between, and I saw that it had a huge crack across the screen.There was NO extreme physical activity or anything I did to cause it to have that crack! So within an hour, it had already cracked.I contacted customer service and they got back to me immediately and are working on getting me a replacement, which I appreciate.Other than that, no issues! I put another one on and i’ve had no issues. Cant complain with how simple it is to apply!

Wow! Wow! This is QUALITY. Love the black outline on the glass. It’s so sturdy. So easy to put on. Love the camera covers too. It’s so easy to clean. It works perfect. With how many screen protectors I go through, I will definitely purchase this brand over and over again.

The edges on this protector are a game changer. They truly go all the way to the case and there is no weird ridge or chance for breakage. The installation is beyond easy too. The ONLY thing I am not sure I like is the rear camera covers. I prefer a one piece solution that covers the whole area.

The installation kit and alignment tray are some of the best I’ve ever used. Touch recognition and screen clarity are fantastic, and the small black edge helps hide any potential slight misalignment. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I have used 2 of the 3 screen protectors that I received and so far both of them have had unremovable bubbles/lifting around the edges that reappear no matter now hard or long you press and do not go away over time.

I got this for the applicator, but I noticed that even though this is 9H, the same as the Spiegen screen protectors, that it seems much stronger. I misapplied one (my bad, didn’t read instructions) so thought I’d try to crack it using my hands and it seemed much harder to crack. I cracked both the protectors in the Spiegen box in less than a year and I baby my phone. Will see how this brand holds up.
