Why isn’t my phone charging?
Charging issues are often caused by incorrect operation, incompatible phone models or thick/non-magnetic cases

Please check:

The power bank has been turned on using the power button on the back
Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)
Your case is either a MagSafe or ESR HaloLock case
There are no metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone
Why does my phone heat up during charging?
Wireless charging creates heat, so it is normal for your phone to feel warm when using the power bank to charge your phone. Overheating is often caused by thick cases

Please avoid:

Magnetic cases thicker than 4 mm; we recommend an official MagSafe case or an ESR HaloLock case
Metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone
Using CPU-intensive apps while charging

If you’re having issues with heat:

Remove the power bank from your phone, take off your case, and let them cool down
Close apps not being used
When the phone and power bank have cooled down, resume charging
Why is my phone charging slowly?
You can charge your iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later) either wirelessly, or with a cable using the USB-C port

When charging wirelessly, please ensure:

Your magnetic case is less than 4 mm thick; we recommend an official MagSafe case or an ESR HaloLock case
There are no metal attachments or credit cards between the case and your phone

Information and tips for wireless charging:

Reducing the number of apps you have open will improve charging speed
iPhones only allow third-party MagSafe chargers to output a maximum of 7.5W; the power bank will output up to 15W for compatible devices
Optimized Battery Charging is on by default for iPhones with iOS 13 or later. When this feature is enabled, your iPhone will charge slower after it has reached 80%. For more details, please check:  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210512

When charging with the USB-C port, please ensure:

You use an official charging cable or an ESR MFi PD Charging Cable when charging an iPhone and a PD/QC fast-charging compatible cable with other devices
Note: When using this power bank to charge two devices at the same time, it will only output 5W wirelessly and 10W through the USB-C port

Why won’t my phone stay attached to the power bank?
Magnetic lock issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or thick/non-magnetic cases

Please check:

Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later)
Your case is either a MagSafe or ESR HaloLock case
