2. How can I check if my referral was successful?
A successful referral requires your friend to sign up as an ESR Super User through your referral link. You’ll be able to see the status of your referrals and the rewards you’ve unlocked in your referral hub at any time.
3. How do I claim my referral rewards?
When you unlock a referral reward, you will be notified by email with instructions on how to claim it.
4. What will the friend I refer get?
By becoming an ESR Super User, your friend will get access to great benefits plus a 15% off coupon for their first purchase. Once signed up, they’ll also be able to join the referral program themselves.
5. Is there a warranty for products redeemed through the Referral Program?
Products redeemed through the Referral Program are not covered by warranty. If the product arrives damaged, please contact customer service at esr.support@esrgear.com.

As a Super User, you have a whole 24 months in which you can contact us to take care of any quality problems with your purchased product(s). Check out our warranty policy for more details.
