It is likely that the lens protectors were damaged during shipping. We sincerely apologize for this and will send you free replacement lens protectors, no returns necessary. Please submit a ticket  here to apply for your free replacement.

Place your phone on a hard, flat surface with the lens protectors facing upward

Use a thin piece of hard plastic to gently pry off one corner of one of the lens protectors and then slowly slide the piece of plastic toward the center until the lens protector comes off, repeating for each lens protector

Do NOT use your hands to remove these lens protectors. They are made of glass, therefore may shatter and cause injury if removed using hands.

When applying, press on each protector to ensure they are securely affixed to the lens before removing the application tool

If the protectors appear to still not be securely attached, remove the application tool and use the microfiber cloth to firmly press down on them for 10 seconds

Once applied, do NOT try to remove and reapply the protectors
