Product is great and holds phone really well. The tape however is the Achilles heal of this product. I’ve bought two and both have had the tape fail. I replaced the tape with 3m heavy duty double sided tape (35lbs) and it works much better. Would give 5 stars if they changed the tape to a heavy duty version.

Pros:- The sticking power of the flat base is incredible: within 5 minutes of putting, it on my dash, I couldn’t move it in the slightest with a lot of firm pressure. Between the strong sticking of the base, and the strong magnets of the mount, I am very comfortable using this with my phone every day.- It looks sleek- 15W charging in the car is fantastic in the morning when I forgot to plug my phone in.Cons:The face of the magsafe portion is very easy to dirty. My phone has left a ring in it from fingertip grease and whatnot. Does not bother me in the slightest, but do be aware!

Many of these types of holders don’t fit the air vent or can’t grip it, but this one works well! It charges fast enough that the battery goes up even with the screen on the whole drive. Of course, I’ve not gone more than an hour straight, but it seems like it would continue. It has a strong hold on the phone, unaffected by the bumpy roads.
