The installation was NOT simple because the directions were not sequenced step by step on video or on the teeny printed document. Hope it was worth the trouble since I had to discard the first attempt because I couldn’t get rid of the bubbles. Tried the second one and gave myself permission to forget about the glass protector. It’s installed. Hope it holds up.

It’s a nice case but the colour is not the same as these photos at all. I wanted a pastel pink and this is a darkish almost salmon pink

I have an Apple folio case and which was expensive but I wanted a new color so I figured I would give ESR a try and save some money but was sadly disappointed in the quality. I received it with a gray-blue dot on the front and then within a couple days I noticed a tear/scratch on the front. My iPad travels from my home to work and back inside a microfiber sleeve so I was shocked that the case had somehow gotten scratched. The case material feels really smooth and plasticky compared to the Apple folio case. I already went back to my Apple case.

I was excited to get this after reading the reviews. My bad experience started with clicking on the QR code for installation instructions and having it not work. I was pleased to find that it came with two protectors. I read the directions carefully, worked in a well lit clean area, cleaned my brand new iPad screen and attempted to add the protector. I ended up with of lint all over it and of course bubbles that I can’t get rid of. Deciding it could be me, I enlisted my son’s help. He followed the instructions and had a little more success with less bubbles and dust. Despite this, I’m not thrilled with the cut of the protector or the feel. I don’t find that it feels at all like paper. The texture is strange, not smooth and makes an irritating noise with the pencil. I’d return if I could. I’m going to order something else.
