Not that happy with this case but it’s okay. It fits kind of loosely and doesn’t feel very nice in the hand. For the money it’s decent but honestly I’d rather spend more for the Apple folio. Luckily I found the Nedrelow case and it is way better for me at least.

For the price I am happy with the case. My only dislike is that the case edges extend a little past the edges of my 7th Gen Mini. This makes it more difficult to get my finger to contact the finger print reading on the power button evenly.

I really like how slim and protective this case is, and wouldn’t expect less from ESR (love the brand). I did have mini iPad come off the case a time or two while using it, luckily I was sitting and no damage was done. This could be user error because my boyfriend has the same case for his mini and has never had that problem. LOL!

I always bought cheaper cases thinking that were fine. They aren’t. These have a feel of quality that most others don’t. No sharp places around the edges as some others have and I don’t see these splitting at the seams anytime soon.. Oh and the magnets work perfectly, no more prying and bending those plastic clips on the lips to get the dang thing off. For the money invested in our devices doesn’t make it sense to protect them? Don’t skimp on quality.

Good for the price and feels nice in the hand. But the front flap is a bit loose and floppy on the new iPad Mini 7, I think Apple changed the magnets and not sure this case has been updated accordingly. It’s nowhere near as crisp closing as with an OEM Apple case.The wake/sleep function still performs well.Pencil flap will retain a naked Apple Pencil, but becomes loose if you have a sleeve on your pencil so also keep that in mind.Good value for the price compare to Apple Folio. But with the above caveats.

This is well designed and perfect in every aspect. I wasn’t certain that I’d like the extra flap for the pencil, but it totally makes sense now as it secures the pencil in place. It can also be folded behind the case so that it’s not in the way. This case is priced very well and the product is just as durable and attractive as any Apple case.

For some reason the delivery was delayed, repeated messages that it was held up, not in warehouse or whatever. I finally had to call ESR and then it was sent and arrived the next day. I am happy with the purchase so far especially relative to what Apple charges for theirs. It fits perfectly even with a screen protector in place. The only question is that I seem to recall the product description discussing an IPencil holder, which other purchasers criticized as not being adjacent to where it would charge. I don’t see this feature on the cover but it doesn’t matter to me at this point.

Bought for iPad mini 7. I’m long term ESR fan and trusted the brand, their products design are well thought out and last a long time.However, the top cover of this case is loose. At first, I thought it designed to hold a pencil with it. I went ahead to purchase an Apple Pencil pro to fit the case, the case cover still loose. So does the strip wraps around the pencil is loose too. Not sure if it would turn out to be with a loose cover that rubs the screen. The magnet is not the strongest but it will do the job to hold the iPad in place along with the camera bumpI hope ESR could address that to make a tighter more secure fit for this iPad. Possibly a stronger magnet too.
