The keyboard works great. I don’t have any problems with the iPad sticking to the other side of the case, but one small issue I have is that the case is pretty heavy and thick. The battery lasts a long time, which I like, but I’m having trouble changing the colors on the keyboard. Overall, the iPad case is good!

This is a fantastic choice for those looking for a well built, protective keyboard case with a responsive trackpad and strong magnetic attachment. While it’s slightly heavier than some alternatives, the build quality, usability, and flexibility make it worth it.It has a very responsive keyboard and trackpad. The magnetic connection is strong and holds the iPad firmly in place.Portrait mode even with the keyboard attached. This case fully protects the iPad, covering the edges and back while maintaining a sleek design!!!

Works great and love the lighted keyboard! Was surprised about the weight of it though

I wanted a keyboard case for the refurbished iPad Pro 6th generation that I just ordered. Usually I would get a Logitech model but there were no options I liked. I wanted a keyboard but also needed to be able to use the iPad in tablet mode (without keyboard) and this was advertised as a feature of the ESR case. Reviews were mostly good so I thought I would try it. Disappointed. I give it 3 stars because the keyboard and trackpad are good and the overall build quality is above average. But this thing is just too heavy. Massively heavy, weighing in at almost 2.5 lbs without the iPad! I know keyboard cases add mass and weight but this is ridiculous. Also, the protective sleeve for the iPad is thin and slippery, and I dislike the way the iPad wobbles during use. And there’s something odd about the way the iPad responds to this Bluetooth-connected keyboard, with a weird, quirky hesitation. Anyway, I would recommend looking other options.

I have been looking at this case for a while. The reason is I already have a Shift series case that I use for traveling. I wanted this case for work. Thinking the design was the same as the Shift series, I would be able to keep the same cover on my iPad and switch between cases. Unfortunately when I got this case, that is not true. Neither cover connects to the other case. That is disappointing since they are both ESR cases and magnetic connections. As far as the functionality of this case, it’s great. It basically transforms my iPad into a laptop. The keys are easy to type on, and the backlit keyboard is nice. So far I would highly recommend this case if you are looking for a keyboard case, especially since this case mirrors the Magic Keyboard but cost less than half of the Magic Keyboard.

My MacBook Pro of 8 years finally but the dust and with Christmas coming, I don’t have the spare cash to replace it. So, I decided to buy this to use my iPad Pro as a laptop substitute. Installation was a breeze, and it feels solid!!!

i do like the case for it’s durability, and ability to use my iPad vertically. Coming with a ipad case to protect is a bonus if you use, previously i did not and never had an issue.cons: it is very very heavy. It feels 3x heavier than the iPad Pro 12.9 2020 that I have. Fortunately, the only time I carry it around for a good distance is in the airport. Another issue is that with the case on, my Apple Pencil 2 does not charge even with the thinnest silicone sleeve that I have been using. It was not an issue before. The only way to charge the Apple Pencil on the ipad is to take off the sleeve or take off the ipad case.

Tried a couple of these types of case/keyboard combos and this one is the best I have come across. The magnetic back was a smart choice for being able to easily remove and add the iPad. Keys are very comfortable and the connection extremely reliable. The only Con I would say is that it does make the entire package a bit heavy but thats expected and would not remove a star for that. This is worth the money.

This is a great iPad case. It seems sturdy, the magnets that hold the iPad to the case are strong, and I like how you can angle the iPad up and down while attached to the keyboard. However, there are multiple things that stop me from loving this product. The keyboard being number one. Any keyboard shortcuts you try won’t work. Ctrl + C,V,Z? Doesn’t work. Not only that, but I’m so used to using these shortcuts, I go to press the ctrl button quite often – but the FN button is in its place, causing me to switch between the normal keyboard and the emoji menu. This is quite frustrating. The second thing that I also don’t love is the amount of movement you get out of the actual case. I draw quite a bit, but you cannot use this case to hold it up. There’s minimal movement in the "hinge", so while you technically can tilt it up and down, it’s not enough if you were planning on drawing. I’ve settled with just taking the Ipad off of the magnetic backing and settling it on the keyboard and leaning it back against the backing.I like the case enough to keep using it, but if I had to buy it again, I don’t think I would. I’d buy something else that caters to my needs more. Also, considering how expensive this case is, it just blows my mind that basic copy and paste shortcuts don’t work.
