The case is the nicest case I’ve ever got for a phone , the feel of it the texture of the MagSafe the felt inside the case for protection the stand is firm and not flimsily . Overall excellent phone but when they say your choosing black your really get a dark grey instead not a bad colour still but black would have been the ideal colour of my choice if it were intact black

The ESR 3-Pack Screen Protector for iPhone 16 Pro Max offers good protection and is easy to apply with no bubbles or dust. It fits the screen well and provides decent clarity. However, I noticed that it tends to attract oil prints and smudges from my fingers quite easily, which can be frustrating. I have to clean it frequently to maintain a clear view.While it does the job in terms of protection, the constant need to wipe away prints detracts from the overall experience. If you’re okay with cleaning the screen often, it’s a decent protector, but it’s not ideal if you want a smudge-free experience.

When I opened the box the bottom of the screen protector was damaged as seen in the picture. Also, after installing the second screen protector I’ve noticed that the screen touch sensitivity has been diminished which isn’t good. I’ll try it a little longer but may have to return.

ESR has never disappointed in the past. Unfortunately I’ve found the screen protector scratches easily and I’ve noticed having to touch the screen several times on occasion. Never experienced this with a screen protectors having this issue. Maybe they’ll improve product over time. Appreciate the mechanism for applying but did feel like I could have screwed up.

I installed the set of three lens protectors on a new factory sealed iPhone 16 Pro Max and noticed a slight amount of cloudiness on the underside of one of the protectors. I contacted the seller and received an immediate response with my issue. The seller offered a replacement set of lens protectors and clearly stands behind their product. I’d highly recommend these lens protectors! Very pleased and will buy again.
