The fan is more quiet than the previous generation. That is a huge plus. Qi2 is much faster too. Unfortunately, despite claiming to have fast watch charging – that is not the case. Much slower than original charger.

MrWhoseTheBoss suggested this product, and I love it. It certainly does keep your phone much cooler than compared to the standard Apple Magsafe.It’s very high quality, weighty, and sturdy. I was shocked with the build quality due to the price tag being this low.Having your phone able to be horizontal and pointing at you is great for bedtime or working. I do wonder if the charger would somehow benefit from having a tiltable mount, so that you can point your phone in more than one orientation.Lastly, the removable watch charger is great for people who have the watch. I just used it for my airpods once to see if it worked. You could benefit from being able to just plug it in anywhere(USB-C) if you wanted to travel with it. Haven’t done that, I just leave it at home on the charger.I wish I would have gone with the black version, but that’s just a personal preference. Definitely pick this up, just for how much you can charge with the price tag.

I first seen this product recommended on MRWHOSTHEBOSS YouTube channel, so I came straight to ESR to buy one. And, as always, ESR are delivering another top quality product and at much better prices compared to its rivals. In some cases you can normally gauge a products quality by its weight, not in all cases but when something feels light and the quality of the materials is low, its normally a cheaply made bad product, but this feels premium, it feels like it has density to it and it is made exceptionally well. I love the cooling aspect of it and you can really feel the cold breeze when the iPhone is attached, I also love that the Apple Watch charging dock at the back is detachable and portable to use on the go. initially I didn’t realise it done that so it was a good surprise. Highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for this style product. Also the fact that all you need for 3 devices to charge is one single plug socket. Big win win. Good effort ESR

It is exactly as advertised. It keeps my phone cool while charging and it’s fast! The watch and AirPod charging do not have the cooling feature. I do notice that the watch gets a bit warm due to the fast charging. I also like the minimalist design that takes up very little space. I won’t take it with me traveling as I’m afraid the stand might break though it looks pretty sturdy.

A YouTuber tech recommend this product and when I got it, I thought it was great. Then it just stopped charging. That was a lot of money to spend on something I only used a little over a month and sadly, right after the return window closed. I rarely give one star reviews but when you spend a bit of money and it stops working so quickly, it gets a one star review. Update – When I removed this from my multi-charger and plugged it directly in the wall, it worked fine. That’s what I don’t understand. When I got it, I plugged it into my multi-charger and it worked fine. A month later, it stopped charging hence the negative review. Plugged it into the wall and now it works fine…for now. I hope it stays working as it is a nice compact charger for my iPhone, ear buds, and Apple watch.

Building quality is great, the cooling works nicely. I also like that the apple watch charger is detachable. The only downsides are that the stand isn’t adjustable (angle) and that the cryoboost light can’t be turned off.

I really like the setup of this 3-in-1 charger and cools my phone while charging! Which is amazing! and charges fast! The only thing I’m complaining about is the annoying beeping sound when I stop charging my phone. The beeping sound is constant and comes from the base of the device. I have to unplug it from the power to stop the beeping sound. I contacted ESR support about this and they are assisting me with my issue.

Product is quality made. Sturdy materials and works exactly as advertised. Very easy to assemble and then just plug it in. Keeps my iPhone 16 pro max charged while I’m at my office desk but the cooling system helps keep the temp down and phone safe. I use it for FaceTime and teams calls all the time while it’s on the charger as the stand sits up at the perfect angle while I sit at my office desk. And I can charge up my ear pods and watch simultaneously and VERY quickly.Of note, the cooling fan is silent but it does give off a very low light glow. You can really only see it at night when the lights in the room are off. I originally had it on my night stand as I like to use my phone as a clock and alarm but ended up moving it to my office as I just need it very dark when sleeping. So I just ordered the ESR system without the cooling abilities and it works great too, but with no light and no fan. I moved the cooling system item to my office where I use it more there anyway.And ESR has great customer service too. I had asked them if there was a way to turn the light off. They responded quickly telling me there wasn’t a switch for the light and apologized for the inconvenience. I knew when I bought it that it had a light so, no surprise or inconvenience. But they were very understanding and extremely kind, even offered a bonus incentive as they didn’t want me to feel inconvenienced. Absolutely some of the best customer service I had given the thousands of online purchases I’ve made.Thank you ESR! You’ve got a new favorite fan.

Exactly as described. I’m not one of those “Unboxing Experience” people, but unboxing this was amazing. Everything was neatly packaged, wrapped to protect, and separate. The quality of this charger is out of this world! Charges fast, quality material, slim and sleek, very stylish and very sturdy. The magnets are very strong, keep my watch in place and my phone mounted, with a case. It literally pulls my phone out of my hand and aligns it in place by itself. I love the standby mode, it makes a world of difference using it as an alarm clock, makes so much more room on my night stand. I was torn between this and the Belkin or Anker. I’m so glad I chose this one, you will be too.
