I own the official MagSafe battery pack that I’ve had for a few years and have noticed it losing capacity recently. I’m using this battery pack from ESR to mostly replace my more costly official battery. I love the kickstand feature and mostly have zero issues. My one complaint is that this battery pack can get fairly warm and sometimes charging will be paused or slowed down. I have had this same issue with the official battery pack but it seems like it happens more with this one. It does charge fast and can give me about 60-70% charge from 0%. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max for reference. I have been happy with the results but just wish the battery and phone didn’t get quite as warm during use.

I’ve been using this ESR MagSafe battery pack for a few weeks, and it’s been a lifesaver! It’s super compact but packs enough power to fully charge my iPhone 15 once, which is perfect for long days out. The magnetic attachment is really strong, even with my thin case on, so I never worry about it slipping off. This little gadget has quickly become my favorite travel companion!

This is the third or fourth ESR accessory I’ve received and they’ve all been high quality. Are there thinner 5000 mAh batteries out there? Yes, but they lack the excellent stand that this one has. Yet this is the thinnest battery I have with a stand. It charges my phones quickly and it feels very solid. I couldn’t be happier.

I have other power banks, much higher in capacity, but also much larger and heavier. I use those when I travel with multiple devices. But if I’m making a quick trip with just a phone and maybe earbuds, this one is really convenient to carry. For charging by cable, my iPhone 14 unfortunately needs a lighting connector, while my earbuds need a USB-C. But with this bank, I only need to pack a USB-C cable to charge both. This pack is small, but I don’t know that I’d want to carry it on the phone all the time. So the stand is a nice addition, but not too important to me. It works well, though.I like the button to turn it off the bank while it’s attached to the phone. But I had to change a battery setting on the phone to get it to work. Other than that, I’ve had no issues and am satisfied.

Nicely designed intermediate capacity charger which, depending on your point of view, is either a great design choice or compromised. I think it is very good. The battery is about the same size in capacity as most iPhone models so you are going to nearly double your use time with this. It uses mag safe wireless format charging but can also charge using the included C cable…a big benefit. It more than doubles the depth of your phone when attached but is far less clunky than any 10000 mAh charger. This will attach even with a case on your phone however charging and adhesion are significantly better without the case. Unless you opt to attach via the included cable. The easel function is great too but less great with most phone cases. The magnet is quite strong but regardless of magnet strength, covers are the Achilles heel of this type of device.I think this is a good design and if a mag safe charger is on your radar, this is one of the better ones

I like how strong the magnet is, It pumps up my iphone quickly and doesn’t produce too much heat, it’s light weight, it’s only 5000mah which is enough to keep my phone topped off for 12 hours of the day, leaving me at 100% phone charge after and that’s workable for me.

I am always looking for a quick and easy charging solutions when I’m on the go. I recently heard of the brand ESR and have tried a few of their MagSafe products but the Qi battery charger was new to me. It is quite thin at just under 10mm thick. Its magnet is quite strong on my iPhone 15 Pro and only hangs off the bottom by a few mm. It charges with a USB-C port, cable included, and charged full in about an hour. There are 5 LED lights on the bottom, one indicating connection, and the other four indicating remaining capacity. There is also a little button on the opposite side of the charging port which can be pressed to show you the remaining battery life. The most notable feature that I have not seen on other batteries is the kick stand. This is an excellent addition because when Im watching videos and need to charge my phone, this provides me a better viewing angle. The battery is 5000mAh which provides me a little more than one iPhone charge on a single battery charge. It is very small and easy to put in your pocket or bag for transporting. It is relatively light weight weighing just over 11 oz. It charges quickly and heats up a little, but not horribly. The ESR Qi2 MagSafe battery is a great choice for a small portable charging solution.

I love that this is Qi2 certified and is MagSafe wireless fast charging. This is perfect for iPhones and is solid and made of high end materials. great product and comparable to the Ankers and belkin competition. All In all I recommend this product to anyone looking for an OTG MagSafe wireless charger.

This is my second ESR MagSafe battery pack. I previously purchased the 10,000 mAh version of this product and I really enjoyed using it for a long time. It was a great way to keep my phone powered up and close by when I was working around the house and work. My only gripe with that version was that it is pretty beefy and not great for tossing into my pocket to keep my phone charged on the go. It was simply too thick and heavy. In comes the 5,000 mAh version!I saw that ESR released another version of the product that is thinner, lighter, and more portable. Immediately I knew I wanted to try it out and I’ve been super happy that I did! It has all the benefits of the bulkier version but it is more easily tossed into a pocket or bag. The MagSafe connection is plenty strong to hold my phone even when I throw it in my pocket to go to the store or something. It charges quickly and doesn’t overheat my phone. In my pictures the new one is on the left, old one on the right.I would definitely recommend this ESR MagSafe charger to anyone looking for a great power bank for use at home and on the go!

This little thing is so useful. The magnets are pretty strong and connect to any and all of my MagSafe cases; directly connected is also good but lack of friction due to the glass back means a case is more beneficial. Haven’t noticed any crazy heat; there will be some as a result of how wireless charging works but it doesn’t make the phone uncomfy to hold after removal or anything. Kickstand is greatly appreciated; When I got mine, it was about 35-50% charged so it only took about 35 minutes to charge from there using a 65W charger. No complaints.
