It does work but it doesn’t like to have the phone rotated from portrait to landscape and back. So far it’s been durable but I don’t use the charging on it because it’s so slow I just plug in my phone directly. When you install it the way it clips into the vents is finicky so you gotta mess with it for a bit to get it right at least in a 2012 Prius V.

This magsafe charger is a clearly made with quality materials and checks all the boxes for what it’s supposed to be. The product itself is very sturdy. It has a strong hold to the car when you mount it, and the magnet keeps the phone stable even on bumpy rides. The charging is reliable and works at a decent pace as well. Unfortunately,and I didn’t think of this until after I started using it, for myself and anyone who needs a wired connection for carplay, using a wireless charger is useless. For anyone else, you won’t be disappointed.
