Why have of my screen work fine and the other doesn’t work when i use this screen protector i have to press really hard to make it work

Samsung has specifically created a setting so that you can adjust the screen sensitivity for when using a screen protector:
Android 8.0 = Setting – Advanced Features – Touch Sensitivity
Android 9.0 = Setting – Display – Touch Sensitivity
