I received the product today morning. It had the camera lense protector missing. Ordered for replacement and got it delivered the same day. Kudos to seller and ESR. Request to ensure the package is sealed at the first time please.The replacement delivered was perfect and had all items in place. The cover is awesome and the moment you put it you know your phone is secure. Gives great look, durable, protective case. Quality is good. Even though the screen guard provided is not a actual temper glass, still has great feedback and clarity. Did not have to re-register my fingerprint.. that shows the quality. I liked it very much. Cost is on higher side though.. rest all very good.

Y9u get all that is described but I didn’t use the protective screen clipped in frame in I just used the one without since I already have a screen protector on the phone. Fits well, easy to put on and love how it protects the phone. Happy with purchase.

There was no explanation to how to use the product. I found it eventually (thank you YouTube).<br />Great product. My phone is superbly protected. It doesn’t make the phone big to handle. The finger recognition works very well. All the buttons are easily reachable. I love the small folding bar at the back to keep the phone upright to watch programmes etc without having to hold the phone. Loving this product. Recommended.

If you need a case to protect your phone from falls or damage, this is a great option. However, the downside is that the plastic base can scratch the sides of your phone. It would be ideal if it had a silicone layer to protect the edges from the plastic. Unfortunately, after just a few months of use, my phone already has noticeable marks and scratches on the borders, giving it a worn-out appearance.

The case is durable, and I love the crystal-clear case. However, within a year it turned yellow, and I was compelled to buy another one and replace an excellent case due to the yellowing. The back remained clear, but the sides yellowed so much I hated looking at it. Both, the kickstand and design are excellent but the material on the edge lost the clear look. Perhaps the edges could be tinted with cool colors but leave the frame clear the frame insert is clear even a year later. Still an excellent product, hey I repurchased it despite my displeasure with the yellowing.
