No. The keyboard features a floating cantilever stand that easily opens to the perfect angle in landscape orientation.
No. The keyboard doesn’t support pass-through charging and does not charge your iPad while it is being charged. You will need to charge your tablet separately from the case.
To enter pairing mode, press right option + B (left option + B doesn’t put the keyboard into pairing mode) and select “ESR KEYBOARD” from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
If the trackpad is unresponsive when you tap it, “Tap to Click” must be enabled. To turn it on, go to Settings > General > Trackpad > Turn on “Tap to Click”.
The keyboard has a standard US layout. A standard US layout keyboard is typically used in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Whilst sceptical at first, this product turned out to be great, real sturdy, magnet is great. The keyboard works seamlessly with the iPad Bluetooth.

I was tempted to buy the Apple Folio, but it was a lot of money. I saw a YouTube video for this case and decided to give it a go. I have to say that this is a very nice case. The iPad attaches really well, and it’s very sturdy. The keyboard itself is really nice to type on, and the backlight looks really good.The issues I have with it are the tiny enter key, which was frustrating because I kept hitting the key above. The other thing that is very annoying is the material. It looked great when it arrived for 10 minutes until I realised that after a few pickups, it was covered in smudges and finger marks. I think other people have also said that it is quite heavy and adds to the overall weight.This isn’t something that will make me return the case but it is frustrating as it makes me want to use the standard case I have for normal use unless I need to use the keyboard while out of the house. This is how I feel now, I may change my mind as I have had the case less than a day and the smudges are bugging me!All in all though a great case and a nice addition for my iPad.

The keyboard feels very comfortable to type on. I am getting the same typing speed on this keyboard in comparison to my desktop keyboard. This is my second time coming back to this case. The first time was with the white version of this case, but I felt the case got dirty too easily, so i sent it back and went with a folding keyboard option instead. However, short clip videos kept popping up in my YouTube feed that it created a want for the keyboard again, so this time I went with the black version. I just got it in the mail yesterday and I have found that the case makes me want to pick up my iPad even more.I plan on using the keyboard and iPad a lot for work, in taking notes during meetings, jotting down ideas, and just basic typing needs. I feel that if you plan on using your iPad for note taking, that this case over the Logitech and Apple folio keyboard. In my opinion this typing case just offers more functionality over the Apple folio, and just fits better than the Logitech and with the ESR case you can definitely type on your iPad while on your lap.

It’s good but it’s also flawed, I bought two of these and this one has given me nothing but trouble, keys not registering when typed and intermittent sticky keys
