On the way to thanksgiving, I was a bonehead and set my iPad on top of my car. After turning onto our not very busy highway and accelerating from 45 to 60, I saw my nearly new iPad Pro flutter to the ground in the rear view mirror. Turned around, found it, the case is barely scuffed on some of the corners and the iPad itself is 100% fine. Didn’t even replace the case. There is no screen protection, so if it had landed face down on a rock, that might have been bad.I bought this case because the folio style one I had previously was just too heavy. I read in bed a lot and my wrists aren’t what they used to be. iPad would not have survived in that case, which was really just attached by magnet and had no side/corner protection.The change in style from that folio is noticeable for me. I am going to have to buy a little stand for watching videos/doing video calls. I have to set it face down on my night stand or it lights up and annoys me, but I still want to be able to check those notification banners.Overall *super* happy with this case.

This case is way better than another one I have on an older iPad. I bought it for a new iPad Pro 11”. I’m hoping it’s stiff enough to protect the screen from bending. The advantage of the soft case is how easily the buttons can be pressed. The pencil pro sticks well to the case, too. For $9.99, this is a great deal. I just wish they had one for an iPad 10.5.

This iPad case is perfect for my needs. It’s light weight and protects the corners from drops. I like the minimalist feel, and actually prefer it over the Magic Keyboard case. It’s easy to install and remove for those days that I know I’ll need the keyboard. Highly recommend this case, just buy it.
