FAQ
What should I do if my phone heats up when using the MagSafe power bank?

It's normal for wireless charging to warm up slightly, especially during intensive use such as gaming or streaming sessions, but abnormal if it gets too hot.

To prevent overheating when charging, please avoid:

 ● Using a phone case thicker than 2 mm.

 ● Placing metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets between your phone and the power bank.

 ● Recharging the battery and charging your phone at the same time.

If overheating occurs, the power bank will enter overheat-protection mode and pause charging. If this happens, please:

 ● Disconnect your phone from the power bank, take off any phone case, and let your phone and power bank cool down.

 ● Close apps that are not being used on your phone.

 ● When your phone and the power bank have cooled down, resume charging.

What should I do if my phone is not charging wirelessly/charging slowly on the Magsafe power bank?

Please check:

 ● Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).

 ● Your protective case is less than 2mm thick.

 ● There are no metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets between your phone and the power bank.

Additional information about wireless charging speeds:

 ● Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging.

 ● Limiting the number of applications you have open simultaneously on your phone will improve charging speed.

 ● High temperatures will reduce charging speed and restrict power, which is something that happens during wireless charging.

 ● When your iPhone stops charging at 80%, it may be due to "Optimized Battery Charging". Please check whether turning it off helps. Click Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Turn off "Optimized Battery Charging". If you haven't enabled "Optimized Battery Charging", the issue is mostly caused by the iOS upgrade. Please upgrade or wait for the next system upgrade.

What should I do if the power bank cannot charge my phone to 100%?

The 5,000mAh power bank is lightweight, which makes it easy to carry and can be used as a second battery to power up your phone.

We recommend our 10,000mAh power bank if you're a heavy phone user.

What should I do if I see a "Charging On Hold" notification on my iPhone?

Please use your iOS device in environments with temperatures between 32ºF to 95ºF (0ºC and 35ºC).

If your iPhone or iPad is exposed to extreme temperatures, it may not charge. In iOS 16 and iPadOS 16, charging will pause if the device becomes too hot or too cold, displaying a "Charging On Hold" message on your Lock Screen and in Settings > Battery. Charging will resume once the device returns to a normal temperature.

To resume charging, follow these steps:

  • If the device is too hot, move it to a cooler location away from direct sunlight.

  • If the device is too cold, move it to a warmer area.

  • If the device is in use, lock the screen or put it to sleep.

Important Safety Instructions:

● Operating temperature should be between 32°F to 95°F/0°C to 35°C.

● Do not expose power bank to rain, snow, or any humid environment.

● If the power bank expands or gets extremely hot, stop using immediately. Damaged batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion, or risk of injury.

● Do not disassemble this power.

● Turn off the power bank when not in use.
